After sharing the video that suggests he's fleeing the scene, Bilzerian shows himself running towards the gunfire and asking a cop for a gun, only to get rebuffed by the officer.
In the controversial video, Bilzerian was heard saying, "Holy f**k this girl just got shot in the f***ing head!" He then picked up the video again in his car, saying, "Stupid a** me didn't bring a gun." He was criticized for running away instead of helping the victim.

Dakota Meyer, who is married to Bristol Palin, was one of those who slammed the self-proclaimed King of Instagram. "This is why children shouldn't classify heroes by their followers or their photos," the medal of Honor recipient wrote on Instagram.
Meyer, who served in Afghanistan as a Marine, continued, "@danbilzerian this is what kills me about people like you. Always playing 'operator dress up’ and so so tough when the cameras are on. A woman just got shot in the head and you are running away filming that's not what operators do. Please stop trying to be someone your not."
"People are dying, you're running away not helping them and pretending it's worthy of a video is disgusting," Meyer added.
In response, Bilzerian hit back at Meyer. "So I wake up this morning and the news is talking s**t saying some Marine was saying that I was a p***y for running away and that I should have stood my ground when the guy was shooting at me with a machine gun. So, I mean if we follow that retard's logic we'd probably have 600 dead if everyone stood their ground instead of running for cover," so he claimed.
Bilzerian later posted another video that suggested he's returning to the chaotic scene of the massacre. He's seen running toward a barrier near the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino. But it didn't help build up his reputation as he's seen asking a police officer for a gun and got rebuffed.
The professional poker player showed his gun license to the cop, but the officer responded, "No, get the f**k away from me right now." The cop yelled, "I don't care. I don't know who the f**k you are. You know better than that."
