The 22-year-old model goes nude under a clear raincoat for the photoshoot whilst opening up about her battle with 'debilitating' anxiety and 'full-on' panic attacks in the interview with the mag.
Kendall is seen lounging on a hot pink see-through chair while posing naked underneath the showy garment that features fringe around the hood. With her wet raven-colored locks being tucked under the hood of the designer garment, which she teams with a matching pair of clear boots also from Chanel, she contrasts her porcelain skin with bold red lipstick.
For the actual cover of the publication, Kendall looks stylish as always in a red patent leather dress from Calvin Klein. She wears a pair of diamond-encrusted hoop earrings from De Beers. Other snaps from the shoot show the 22-year-old beauty wearing a red patterned coat dress, a white bustier with matching faux fur, and two semi-sheer black and white outfits.
Accompanying the rain-themed cover shoot is an interview conducted by friend and fellow model Cara Delevingne in which Kendall talks about fame and her family. She also opens up about her battle battle with anxiety, explaining how she suffers such intense panic attacks that they keep her awake in the middle of the night.
"I have such debilitating anxiety because of everything going on that I literally wake up in the middle of the night with full-on panic attacks," Kendall says. "Where do I even start? Everything is so horrible, it's hard to name one thing," she shares. "I just think that the world needs so much love. You go online and you see everyone saying the worst things to each other, and it's hard to stay positive. It's hard not to get eaten alive by all the negativity."
Kendall also uses the opportunity to address people's assumption that it is easier for models today as there is social media and that they don't even need to sign with agencies in this day and age. Insisting that she has had to work just as hard as models from the previous generations like Cindy Crawford, Kendall says, "I still had to go to all the castings, I still had to go meet all the photographers, I still had to do all of that to get to where I am now."
"There wasn't a step taken out just because I had social media," she continues. "I still have 12-hour days, I still have even 24-hour days sometimes; I still have to do all those things." She notes, "We don't work any less hard than the '90s models did when they were young."
