Kanye calls Donald Trump a genius and loves his approach when he's rambling about politics during his Saint Pablo tour stop in San Jose.
Kanye West talked about politics during his Saint Pablo tour stop on November 17 at SAP Center in San Jose, and the rapper revealed who he's rooting for during the November 8 election in the process. He said he didn't vote but if he did, he would have voted for Donald Trump.

"I told y'all I didn't vote, right? What I didn't tell you," Kanye said, "if I were to have voted I would have voted for Trump." He added, "I'm not saying this to diss celebrities on the democratic side. That's cool, but I hate the fact that because I'm a celebrity, everybody told me not to say that I loved the debates. I loved his [Trump's] approach."
The hip-hop star called the president-elect a genius and enjoyed his campaign. "I don't think his approach was just entertaining," he said. "I actually think that his approach was absolutely genius because it f**king works." The rapper whose wife Kim Kardashian supported Trump's rival Hillary Clinton also urged black people to "stop focusing on racism."
