After facing scrutiny for defending the disgraced movie honcho, LiLo claims that no one stood up for her when she was abused by her former fiance.
"Whatever anyone says, I am FOR #womenempowerment as if most women in America cared how I was abused by my ex fiance ... when not one person stood up for me while he was abusing me," LiLo wrote in her initial post, referring to Egor Tarabasov's alleged domestic violence against her back in 2016.
She added, "You could only imagine what it feels like to come out as a #strongwoman BUT, acknowledge this, we all make our own choices and wake up in our own beds in the morning. I prefer to go to my home and wake up alone. #BESTRONG let us not blame anyone as #karma will always takes its toll."
Last year after an explosive breakup, LiLo accused Tarabasov of being abusive during their relationship. She said that the Russian businessman tried to kill her. She was later rumored to be pregnant.
Meanwhile, Lindsay Lohan claimed that Harvey Weinstein "never harmed" her. She said in a video, "We've done several movies together. I think everyone needs to stop - I think it's wrong. So stand up." She also stated, "I feel very bad for Harvey Weinstein right now, I don't think it's right what's going on."
While many called LiLo out, Rose McGowan who's one of Weinstein's victims came to her defense. The actress who has become one of the loudest voices on social media in the wake of Weinstein's fall from grace tweeted, "Please go easy on Lindsay Lohan. Being a child actor turned sex symbol twists the brain in ways you can’t comprehend."
