Shawn Mendes and Hailey Baldwin have reignited rumors that they're romantically linked. Fans are convinced that the "Treat You Better" hitmaker and the stunning model are dating after a photo surfaced featuring the rumored new couple flaunting major PDA when attending a concert together.

The photo, which was shared on an Instagram account dedicated to Shawn, showed the 19-year-old Canadian singer and his model new flame at Daniel Caesar's concert in Toronto on Wednesday night, December 20. Brown-haired Hailey, who recently celebrated her 21st birthday, could be seen comfortably resting her head on Shawn's chest.

The photo was quick to swirl around the web, and fans who root for the rumored new couple went into a frenzy. "SHAILEY IS REAL," one fan gushed on Twitter. Another wrote, "the fact that hailey came to toronto to spend time with shawn especially during the holiday time, my shailey heart."

The cuddled-up pic came after a source revealed that Shawn and Hailey, who have been very good friends, have taken their relationship to another level since last month. "It started out casual, as they would run into each other at parties and hang out, but most recently it's become more serious," the insider shared with E! News.

"They are definitely dating and spend a lot of time together," according to the insider, who added, "a few months ago they were sneaking out of public venues like Delilah while trying to not make a scene and now they have gone on private vacations to Europe. Their relationship has grown and they don't care if anyone sees them now."

Reps for both Shawn and Hailey have yet to publicly confirm that the two young stars are indeed a couple. But Shawn has repeatedly denied that he's dating the model daughter of Stephen Baldwin. "We're not dating, sorry about that. We were never dating," the "Mercy" singer once told BILD about the status of their relationship.
